Delivery
For buyers from the Republic of Serbia
We deliver to your home address for all orders in the territory of the Republic of Serbia in cooperation with the courier service Post Express.
Delivery of orders will be charged according to the valid Post Express courier price list, which together with the conditions can be viewed at the following link www.posta.rs
Delivery of goods is 1-5 business days.

When creating an order, you can choose the POST EXPRESS service
If you decide to deliver via POST EXPRESS, the shipping for zone I (Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia) cost 1500 RSD, for zone II (Rest coutries in Eurpe) cost 2200 RSD, for Zone III (Africa, Asia, North America, South America) cost 2300 RSD and for Zone IV (Oceania, Australia, New Zealand) cost 2750 RSD

Delivery time shown is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the exact delivery time indicated in the table. During security checks, the shipment may be delayed for security checks longer than expected, which delays the scheduled due time.

On behalf of the SUZANA PERIĆ, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all of our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data of our customers/users and the data necessary for business actions as well as for informing users, all in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide good quality service. We give customers a choice, including the ability to decide whether or not they wish to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly kept private and is available only to employees who need this information in order to do their job. All SUZANA PERIĆ employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting all the rules of this privacy protection.
Complaints
Complaints of damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not appropriate, please call us no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment by phone at +381 65 4445556, or send an email with your data (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail office@suzanaperic.rs and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently some of the latest state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
